How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of moonlubeauty.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

If you’re debating on buying this wig, DO IT!! I purchased a Peruvian curly lace front in 20 inches. This hair is absolutely stunning, after making my purchase the hair came in about 3-4 days. The communication between me and the store was amazing they replied fast and my order was perfect. The hair is EXTREMELY soft there’s absolutely no smell and very minimal shedding. The hairline came preplucked but ofc I plucked it a little bit more. Once I brushed out the curls and added water the hair was exactly how I wanted to style it. Cap construction is phenomenal. Hair doesnt take product as well as I expected (could be because I got it so long), however it is still pretty. VERY true to density. The curl is just a little tighter than I expected, I guess. The lace is transparent so you have to really lay down your wig cap. This wig does take some loving, be prepared to pluck, trim, apply foundation, and shape (if you get a longer length.) So far so good.

I received this hair in 3 days. I was skeptical at first cause it looked super thin for 24” but once you wash it and everything and let it dry it thickens and looks like the picture. I don’t like how little the frontal is because I can’t do a deep part like I like but it was still manageable. It’s curly hair so it does shed, a lil more than I would like but whatever. I ordered this wig late Last Friday for my birthday Wednesday. Seller responded fast The wig arrived Tuesday! It shedded a bit coming out the packaging and was soft. First experience from AliExpress. The hair came fast, 3-4 days! I love the wig. You have to maintain it with your own products but it’s great so far. I haven’t worn it, laid the frontal, or plucked the part but I have tried it on. I have plucked a little more to gain a natural look and I cowashed. I will be updating once I do more. Thanks so much for the hair. It saved me a lot of money than what I usually spend! Good communication with the store as well, kept me updated about my package.

Love this wig, very bouncy and has a lot of volume. Love that hair wet but I love how it shapes my face when it is dry and at its natural state. Worn once will post more pictures when I wear it again in a week. No foul smell, true to length and very curly.
