How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

I wanted to try shorter hair for awhile and based on the review I decided to go with this company. I don’t regret my choice!! The only think is the hair doesn’t really hold a curl but not such a big deal to me. It’s very low maintenance, minimal to no shedding, big head friendly!! Shipping time was good. you will not find a better deal than this. true to length, perfect density, good quality hair and the lace MELTS sis i mean it’s gone where did it go? no baby hair needed. i didn’t need to pluck much it came with a nice hairline. i wanted pink hair so I bleached this hair a bunch and not smartly but it still held up well and didn’t start shedding immediately. now the honest part, after i ruined it by over bleaching (my fault 100% it’s good hair) i’ll be buying a new wig but not this one. personally 13×4 just doesn’t get it done for me i need those 2in of parting space. and the wig cap is HUGE! it doesn’t change the appearance at all it just bothers me.

the hair is actually pretty nice, this wig is actually great for the price that they only problem that I have with-it is that the lace at the middle part tends to be little bit more bald but that’s easily fixable with some baby hairs. the hair the bottom bumps up which is totally annoying when you go for a wet look. the hair is nice and full for a 150% wig. its a good try for a first wig. first picture was taken 2pm with a samsung s10 cam, great lighting with a great cam and the lace still looks good. the lace isnt THAT obvious in real life (if you get a good stylist) but you can tell its got a good melt. no weird smells. wig was costumized, installed and styled by laecy beauty in dordrecht, netherlands. gonna go for a longer wig next time!
