How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

OMG, this unit is gorgeous, i absolutely love it. The hair is silky soft, even after washing and has minimal shedding. The density is not too thick, which i prefer as looks more natural. Hellooo guysss , sorry for this late review. I took some days more to see if the hair was good . And I can assure you guys that after bleaching the knots, then bleaching the hair for then tone it with three different colours I didn’t expect the hair to be that good. It does shed a little , which is expected after the process it went trough. I was scared the wig was gonna be too small for my head since I’m a friendly head size (23.50/24) but it did fit !!!! (Remember to mention this to the vendor) From the picture you may see that the hair is dry but is due to the constant work on it . I can simple put some oil at the ends for then straighten it to get it back to life ahah

The experience I had with Lemonade store is exceptionally awesome. After I placed my order for hair one of their staff(Vivian) kept tract with me until it reached india. And even when the customs of India couldn’t release my package for some reasons, they refunded me. I never believed there are companies out there that are this genuine until I had biz with Lemonade stores. I hope to do business with them when I get back to my country and I will recommend anyone I know who wants to buy hair. Thank you Vivian/Lemonade stores.

Wow this is really gorgeous hair!!! better than I expected ❤❤❤ I watched a few YouTube videos on recommended hair suppliers on AliExpress and this company seemed very popular. I already had a couple of failed attempts from other websites. I ordered the hair it came very quickly to England about 1 week. The first thing I noticed when I took it out the box was how incredibly soft it was and how beautifully neat the ends were . I’d say it’s low/medium shedding I’ve had it installed and sewn in and it’s been on my head fixed like a weave. I’m a busy mum of two I go gym nearly every day as well as school runs and socialising so it’s had a busy month (if I’m honest) but wow❤❤❤ it is just as beautiful as the day arrived in its box. I highly recommend!! I will be getting another couple of weeks from this company
