How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of moonlubeauty.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this wig! I ordered this hair for my birthday and I was so worried about it not arriving on time but it literally came in 3 days. The hair is soft and I’ve experienced minimal shedding (even after washing the hair). My only issue with this wig is that it fits a little snug on my head and I wish the cap was a little bigger. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and will be ordering from here again.

I absolutely love this hair!!!!! Fresh out of the box, the natural curl pattern is beautiful. The only con I will say is, the hairline is extremely thick; I had a lot of plucking to do. Hair is extremely soft! No shedding, and true to length to me..only downfall is the hair is frizzy at ends, but with some hair spray and extra heat, you can’t do wrong! You may even want to run your iron a few times to get rid of frizz, but overall no complaints. No tangles, and 180% is going to be your best bet! Not thin at all, but not super thick either (perfect) Overall good hair, and I will be purchasing again.

I ordered this hair on Friday Sept. 6th and received it Wednesday Sept 11th. I’m in New York City. I bought the 13 x 6, 22in style. The parting space is perfect. The wig is not big head friendly, my head is small and it fits a little tight. I had to braid my hair very small for it lay flat. The hair is very soft and true to length (keep in mind I’m only 5’3)! So far there are no tangles or shedding. I can see myself making another purchase with this company. Communication is great, the shipping was fast and the item matched the description!!!

The quality of this wig is amazing! I work for a hair company and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s really soft, but the cap size could be bigger, it barely sheds only when i dyed it black and bleached the knots it did but that’s expected. I have been wearing this hair for about three weeks now and I love it! I wish I took a picture of it straight out the box because the frontal was DENSE! had to do some heavy plucking but that’s fine. I bleached it too and it is still very soft and tangles only slightly. However it does shed a little too much for my liking, but nothing too excessive. But for the price, this wig is FIRE! Perfect for my low hairline queens like me. Also the lace is a little thick but you get what you pay for right! And I bought it in I think 22 inches and it feels more like a 26, the hair is suuuper long, which I’m not complains about lol. But overall I would buy this wig again.

So the communication was excellent! They were very attentive and made sure I was able to track my hair all the way to my building. It took about 4 days to deliver that includes weekends, which was soo fast! The package was soo cute and even got a cute scarf with it! The hair is soo soft and wave pattern is nice. The only thing that I dislike is that the ends are have a lot of fly ways, like it’s sparse, and it’s not as thick as I assumed it would be. But other than that I love it!
