How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

The lashes are very easy to put on. Only complaint is that the lashes stick to the metal tweezers they give you. I did have to cut the length of the lashes so they fit the length of my eye but it actually looked better once I did that. It stayed on all night when I wore them.

Nice product, I did have to cut kit a little from the inner part in order to fit my eye. It’s a bit more extravagant than I’m used to (I prefer more of a natural look) I have a very tough time applying lashes and usually get it done professionally but I actually got these on with little difficulty. That was a win! I would buy these again but would look for a more natural style. Btw delivery time to Canada was pretty awesome.

Just great, fast shipment & most importantly it works! I ride a motorcycle & lashes resisted the wind & lasted a good 12hrs. Just peel off gently, there is no residual eyeliner on the lashes & store them back in the case. Simple. In fact the eyeliner was still intact after I removed the lashes & washed off with my usual make up remover. Just ensure that you remove the lashes very gently from the casing least u snap it or a magnet drops off from improper handling. Trim lashes to suit u. Apply liner & wait for it to dry completely (never apply wet as instructed as it’ll just be a mess!) will repurchase.

Lashes are soft and good quality. One of the two I ordered has an inner corner piece that hangs of the last magnet so you’ll need to trim it off otherwise it’ll just stick out weird. But the lashes are long enough that it shouldn’t be a problem. These lashes are more glam and would suit someone with bigger/rounder eyes more. They don’t suit me so I might give them away. But not the lashes, I have small Asian eyes. Shipping took way longer than any other ePacket shipping I’ve had before.

Le colis est arrivé très rapidement, en moins de deux semaines en Bretagne. Elles aimantes bien et laisse un fini assez naturel que j’apprécie, à voir combien de temps elles dureront, mais n’hésiter pas, ça facilite beaucoup la vie.

The eyelashes and liner came in on time and packaging was fine. Product does what it says but doesn’t last long. The magnets in the eyelashes fall off making the product useless. I threw it up the garbage.

Rzęsy na oku wyglądają pięknie, naturalnie. Problem mam z utrzymaniem tego na oku. Odkleja się wewnętrzna cześć. Trzeba dać dużo eyeliner.

That lash is super huge man, I looked like an idiot!! On the other hand the eye liner and the small box with the stuff to hold the lash is amazing. I might order more from the magnetic eyeliner, it’s strong and holds nicely and very comfortable to use! Btw super fast delivery, so I am actually impressed, I just want normal lashes

Качество хорошее, магнитны хорошо крепятся к поводке. Брала модель AD811 и рассчитывала на натуральный эффект, но края оказались слишком длинными, пришлось срезать один магнит. Не понравилось, что края ресниц выходят за пределы магнитов на 2-3мм и оттопыриваются, срезала.

After waiting so long to receive the item poor quality for the price the mirror or atleast I assume it is supposed to be a mirror is a mess and one of the magnets are already falling off of the lash. The eyeliner flakes off when dry and obviously does not allow the eye lash to stick. Total failure.

Very good for price, have to be careful when applying eyeliner but test works 🙂

Lashes are soft and good quality. One of the two I ordered has an inner corner piece that hangs of the last magnet so you’ll need to trim it off otherwise it’ll just stick out weird. But the lashes are long enough that it shouldn’t be a problem. These lashes are more glam and would suit someone with bigger/rounder eyes more. They don’t suit me so I might give them away. But not the lashes, I have small Asian eyes. Shipping took way longer than any other ePacket shipping I’ve had before.
