Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Кисточки в наборе и синтетические(дуофибра) и натуральные, очень приятные на ощупь, запаха химического нет, прилагалась инструкция по уходу, упакованные в обычный пакет с клейкой лентой. Ручки деревянные, с жемчужным покрытием. В общем, и глаз радуют и на ощупь приятно. В макияже пока не пробовала, дополню отзыв позже.
