How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I love this wig. I straightened it to make the curls a little bit looser & I put moose in it to hold the curls. It’s little shedding although I’ve had some trouble with the lace wrinkling up on my forehead (it may be a little to big). But other than that I love this unit

This hair was a very good hair, best hair I’ve had from Aliexpress yet, was very full and fit the description. I’ve been getting compliments ever since I got it. The communication was amazing and shipping was fast. I got the hair in 3 days. My only problem was the cap was too big but they added straps which I sewed onto the quiz so now it’s fine. Gorgeous hair definitely worth the money.The hair is so soft,very beautiful texture.There was no smell and the lace was great match to my skin tone . This hair is amazing ! No smell and great quality right out of the box. I bleached the hair and dyed it and the curl pattern was still in great condition. I straightened the hair and the curl pattern was still great. The cap is not necessarily big head friendly. If you plan on wearing this unit in a ponytail I suggest you sew it in or glue it down well. The hair is true to length as well. This was my first time ordering from this store and i will definitely order again !

I really wanted to love this wig because the store is so nice but I couldn’t. The wig was thinner than I expected. I ordered the 360 lace, and the middle of the wig had tracks. I have never seen a 360 wig with tracks in the middle. To make it worse, the top part didn’t cover the tracks well, so my tracks were pretty much showing the entire time. Also, the wig sheds like crazy. My husband had to buy a new mop because of all the hair that got caught in the mop at home. I wore the wig for a good 10 ten days and then threw it out.

I’m a beginner and installed it on myself I’d say it was pretty easy lace is a little thick tho.
