Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

I have not installed the hair yet but I co-washed all of my bundles as soon as I received the order so I could prepare them for the installation and my bundles had a brown color with every rinse and I co-washed the hair with white shampoo. I will definitely have to make a wig instead of attaching the hair directly to my scalp because I am not sure what substance is rinsing out but I do not want to have a reaction. The hair feels soft but it did arrive with a faint smell.

Lengths are precise and there was very little shedding. While co- washing I lost maybe 2 or 3 fly always which is normal. Bundles were thick and ends were not frayed. Overall I am very satisfied at this point. Communication was amazing. Lucy kept in contact with me from the moment I placed the order on up until it arrived at my home. After I received hair I received a text message from her checking to see if I received the hair and if I was satisfied. The hair was delivered via FedEx and was very well packaged and I received it in time on the morning of my appointment with my stylist. Very minimal shedding during the washing stage – just a few strands per bundle. The texture of the hair matches my 4A hair perfectly and there were no tangles at all. The hair was good but the 20in was not processed properly so I put some perm on the ends for 10 mins. It worked out great. I did a quick weave side part with leave out. This is before the flatiron. I have it in 3 weeks shearing and tangling is not a problem. The hair overall worked out great for 55USD. I did the hot water method to dye it black and it took it well.

This is hair was nice. It matched my relaxed hair when I blow dried it. I tried to flag iron it but it still had those kinks in it. That made me like it less. Nonetheless it did the job. The hair came EXTREMELY fast. I think in 2 days.

I purchased this hair on a Saturday night and recieved it Wednesday morning, The vendor Zhu was very good with communicating with my about shipment. The hair didnt have any odor to it, just smells like new weave, bundles are thick, had minimal shedding when I washed it…I do recommend you wash yur bundles before installing it. The texture looks similar to my hair when its straighten. I havent install the hair yet I will in 2 weeks but overall as of rn Im satisfied with my hair

I just received the hair. I only purchased 1 bundle because I wanted to see and feel the hair before making the decision to purchase more. The hair is absolutely beautiful. It’s soft like real soft. I got 24 inches and it is true to length. It’s super light and moves. I’ll update my review once I wash install and flat iron it. I’ve added the initial pictures of the hair when I received it. In regards to customer service it was great. The customer representatives were all very nice. They even doubled checked to make sure my order was right since I only ordered 1 pack. They shipped it fast it took about 6 days.

****Remember**** !!!! The longer the hair the thinner it is.. I ordered 3 24” the hair feels amazing , like permed Af Am hair.. this isn’t my 1st time ordering this hair.
