How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of moonlubeauty.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This was my second time ordering this hair & I loved it of course. It takes to color so nicely. I did accidentally colored it darker than I wanted to so I just washed it frequently until it lightened up. Still stayed soft! It fits so comfortably. I forget I’m wearing it at times. Everything is secured on this wig. No loose tracks. No gaps in the lace. & I cannot believe how soft it stays! Sometime 613 hair will dry out on me & I have to keep applying products but I can literally wear the hair freshly washed & it feels like butter. I love this company

The shipping was SO fast. I ordered on Friday, the hair came Tuesday. I like that if you aren’t home to sign for it then FedEx leaves it a local walgreens for you to pick up for the next 5 days and they’re open late! So convenient if you work all day/late. This hair is so soft and silky!! I toned down the yellowness with shimmer lights shampoo to get more of an ashier look and it worked great. The wig is still silky smooth. So I just got it and there was a mix up with Feeex ( not AliExpress fault) I ordered it Wednesday and got it Tuesday. The hair is so thick and full and soft. Don’t wear it on a real hot day bcus it’s a lot of hair but that’s still perfect. No shedding, no smell and the frontal is perfect . I purchased a 20 inch 180% 613 Lace Front Wig. I can honestly say that it was pretty full and it was a little longer than 20 which I really appreciated but that’s about it and the communication with the store was good…. after toning the hair and washing it, hair started to get lose on the opposite side of the laces and it sheds ALOT, the hair can’t be worn straight cause it will get puffy if it’s worn curly it gets tangled now my the lace front is extremely thin I’m Very disappointed.

The hair is nice, and dyes very easily which is cool. I dyed it auburn color. I followed the care instructions when washing it, but it tangles a lot. However when it’s not tangled, it looks great. I’m gonna try to deep condition it control the frizz and tangling.
